Is there a training organized in my country?Yes! We have training locations across many countries in Europe. For a full list, please visit our full trainings calendar here.Is the training carried out by 3M trainers?The 3M Endorsed trainings are carried out by approved 3M Endorsed External Trainers. This will involve a third-party business whose representative has completed the 3M Endorsed Installer training program and subsequently advanced to an additional specialized training process to become an approved trainer.Will I be trained at a 3M facility?Our trainings are hosted at a variety of facilities, this could either be at a 3M site or an approved external 3M Endorsed Trainer site.What is covered during a training? What does the training day look like?You can click on the modules above and find the full training details and agenda per specific training, which also covers the content of the training and all necessary details that you need to know.I am new in the graphics industry, and I want to learn all the skills and techniques. Which training module should I attend?Great that you are joining this industry! The 3M Endorsed training program is our most premium training offer and we focus our trainings on educating the best-in-class installers in the market. You need to have an established skill level and sufficient experience before you would be able to attend the modules. Please check the detailed training content per modules, here is indicated which minimum level of experience is required before joining the training. If you are completely new, we recommend to first go through awareness sessions and a basic training, before you subscribe to the 3M Endorsed training program.I have some experience, and I would like to start my own business as freelancer, am I eligible for signing up for 3M Endorsed trainings?Yes you are, depending on your experience and skill set. You need to have an established skill level and sufficient experience before you would be able to attend the modules. Please check the detailed training content per modules, here is indicated which minimum level of experience is required before joining the training. How much does the training cost?Prices vary per module, country and location. Please go through to our online booking site where you will be able to see the cost of each session.I can't find a date that fits my own schedule, are there more training dates available?We frequently update the total calendar, and we also add training dates throughout the year. However, feel free to submit the request form below and express your specific needs, we will try our best to accommodate your training request!What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel up to 30 days before the training starts, you will get a full refund. In case you need to cancel within less than 30 days, you will be rescheduled to a new training date without the option to get a refund.Can I join a training in another country than I am located in?Yes, feel free to subscribe to any training in the calendar: as long as you can speak the language and don't need a translation, you are welcome to join!The training session that I would like to attend is fully booked, can I be on a waiting list in case someone cancels?Yes, please send us a message via the request form below and we will inform you once a spot becomes available, or we will suggest a different date to you.There are not enough free spots left, but we want to join with all our colleagues in the same session, is that possible?Please reach out to us via the request form below, and we will try our best to make that work!

FAQs on the certification
What happens if I fail? Can I re-take the assessment?Yes! You can always re-take the assessment if you fail the first time. Usually, we can arrange for you to only attend the last 2 days of the training for you to have a refresher and then take the assessment. Please get in contact with us in case this applies to you.Is the certificate issued in the company name or the installer's name?All of our 3M Endorsed certificates are issued in the name of the installer who took and passed the assessment. The endorsement sits with the installer and not with the company.Is there opportunity to upskill after passing a 3M Endorsed assessment?Yes! For established installers, we offer a Train the Trainer program. This training gives you the opportunity to become one of our approved 3M Endorsed External Trainers.Will our customers recognise the 3M Endorsed accreditation? What’s the benefit to them?Yes, this is globally recognised in the industry and your customers will have added confidence knowing you are a 3M Endorsed installer.Can my 3M Endorsed certification expire?Your 3M Endorsed accreditation is valid for 4 years. At 3M, we want to ensure that all our 3M Endorsed Installers are fully up to date. This ensures that if any end customer asks for an approved installer, we can always redirect them to our network of recently trained installers with the most current knowledge. We organise update trainings when new products and techniques are introduced. You will be audited after four years to extend your accreditation.3M is introducing new products every year, do I have to re-take the full training to maintain my certificate?No: If there is a new product launched by 3M, we will contact you and offer a short specific update training, just on that new product. When you participate in this update training, your current accreditation will be updated with a new 4-year validity.

Do I need to bring my own tools?No, all necessary tools and materials will be provided during the training sessions. However, you will need to bring these items with you again for the assessment stage.Do you provide hotel recommendations or accommodations?Yes, we have hotel recommendations available per training location. Please reach out to us via the request form below, and we will provide you with our local recommendations.I have dietary requirements for lunch and snacks, how can I inform you?No problem, you can include them in the comments section on the on the booking page.
